Install the web app
On iPhone or iPad, open KinPilot in Safari, choose Share, then Add to Home Screen. On supported desktop browsers, use the install control in the address bar or browser menu.
Use KinPilot offline
Finish installation once while online so the complete learning shell can be saved. The App Store version includes all three learning worlds and can launch without a network connection.
Progress is missing
Progress belongs to the current browser or installed app. Switching between browsers, private browsing, the website, and the App Store app creates separate local progress. Make sure storage is enabled and avoid clearing site or app data. After the Maths rebuild, earlier learning and points remain visible as a compact summary.
A challenge looks repeated
Maths works through the full eligible pool for the saved grade and selected mode before an exact question can return. It also keeps related skill families apart. If an exact Maths question returns before that pool is complete, note the grade, mode, and question text.
Maths progress is paused
Maths pauses before showing another question if local progress cannot be read or saved safely. Try again after checking available device storage. Choose Reset rebuilt Maths… and then Delete rebuilt progress only if you intend to remove the rebuilt Maths history on that device.
Timer or layout trouble
Maths Olympiad offers untimed 5-, 10-, or 20-question rounds and Keep going after a result. Reading and Science Olympiad rounds use deadline-based timers. If content is clipped, close the keyboard and reopen the view. KinPilot supports phone, tablet, desktop, portrait, and landscape layouts.
Before reporting an issue
Note the device model, operating-system version, subject, saved grade, Practice or Olympiad, challenge title, and the steps that led to the issue. These details make it easier to reproduce a problem without sharing a learner's name or answers.
